Do I need a guarantor?
Most of our properties — especially share houses and social residences — do not require a guarantor. Regular apartment listings may still need one; it's noted on each listing.
What about key money / deposit?
Share houses and furnished apartments typically have no key money and a small deposit (often refundable). Standard apartments follow market practice.
How soon can I move in?
Most rooms have a posted move-in date on the detail page. Book a tour to confirm the exact timeline.
Can you help if I don't speak Japanese?
