Spring 2026 — three new properties in Kanagawa

This spring we're onboarding three new buildings across Yokohama and Kawasaki, all with rooftop spaces and all on the JR Tokaido line.

Kanagawa often gets dismissed as "the cheap option" — but with commutes to Tokyo station under 25 minutes on semi-express trains, many residents find the tradeoff obvious.
